Young entrepreneurs from the Ningbo Plastics Association visited KUER GROUP to jointly explore new paths in the plastics industry

On June 5th, young entrepreneurs from the Ningbo Plastics Industry Association visited Kuer Group to conduct a benchmarking enterprise visit and study activity. Kuer's Chairman Li Dehong, Executive Vice President Chang Yukun, and Vice President of R&D Huang Shengli accompanied and received the visiting entrepreneur team throughout the visit. The team jointly visited Kuer's sample room and production workshop on site and conducted study and exchange activities.

Under the guidance and explanation of Executive Vice President Chang Yukun, the research and study delegation visited the enterprise's product sample exhibition hall and standardized production workshop in succession. Focusing on the enterprise's core integrated processes of rotational molding and blow molding, Mr. Chang provided a detailed analysis from multiple perspectives, including raw material formulations, molding techniques, production advantages, and application scenarios. He particularly introduced the Kuer star products, such as outdoor kayaks, multi-size insulated boxes, rotational molding pet cages, and industrial turnover boxes.

After the field visit, all association members moved to the training conference room on the second floor of Kuer to conduct a themed research and discussion meeting.

At the beginning, Chairman Li Dehong gave a special sharing on Kuer's development history, industrial layout, technological innovation path, and experience in diversified cross-industry transformation. He elaborated on Kuer's growth journey from a single kayak producer to extending its product range to include all types of plastic products relying on core molding technology. He also introduced Kuer's technological achievements, development and construction results, as well as future new product research and development plans.

During the final exchange session of the study tour, the young entrepreneurs introduced themselves, shared resources, and freely expressed their views on industry hotspots such as the current market situation of the plastics manufacturing industry, the implementation of new processes, the expansion of foreign trade, and industrial chain collaboration. The on-site negotiation atmosphere was harmonious and pleasant.

The implementation of the benchmarking study by the Plastics Association in Kuer this time not only visually demonstrates the achievements of local plastic enterprises in Cixi in fine manufacturing and innovative transformation, but also establishes a communication platform for young entrepreneurs in the Ningbo plastics industry to exchange resources and share experiences. In the future, Kuer will continue to focus on process innovation, strengthen industry collaboration, and promote high-quality coordinated development of the regional plastics industry.
