In order to strengthen the quality control of the entire production process, dig deep into the root causes of quality problems, and reduce product defects and scrap losses, KUER GROUP recently organized a comprehensive quality improvement training for all employees in the rolling molding workshop. All members of the rotational molding, blow molding, foaming, and edge trimming teams attended the meeting to focus on detail control and build a solid product quality defense line.

At the meeting, quality supervisor Wu Jinlong based on the workshop quality abnormality ledger, product qualification rate, and scrap loss statistics in April, combined with typical quality problem cases of the month, dismantled the causes of abnormalities, process control loopholes, and process operation shortcomings item by item, and explained in detail the quality judgment standards, key points for preventing and controlling defective products, and process self inspection and mutual inspection norms. He reviewed the problems with real data and clarified the direction of rectification with on-site cases, so that all staff were aware of quality risks and mastered control points.

Subsequently, workshop director Zhao Rongwu gave a speech on workshop work. He emphasized that quality is the core foundation for the survival and development of enterprises, and each process and team must strictly abide by the process standards and fulfill their job responsibilities; All employees should strengthen their quality awareness, strictly standardize their work processes, conduct quality self inspections throughout the entire process, closely monitor key processes, strictly control details and defects, and reduce defective products and scrap rates from the source; Cross team close collaboration and linkage, continuous optimization of production control, normalized implementation of quality review and rectification closed loop, comprehensively improving the overall product quality and production efficiency of the workshop.

This training closely follows the actual production situation, focuses on recent pain points and difficulties, further unifies the quality thinking of all employees, standardizes on-site operation standards, and consolidates the quality responsibilities of each position.
